The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis Holiday Region in Tyrol
Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is in the heart of an old cultural landscape, on a high plateau between 1,200 and 1,400m above the Inn Valley in Tyrol. Receiving over 2,000 hours of sunshine per year, Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis are the sunniest villages in Tyrol.
In the winter, 214km of pistes, 30km of Langlauf tracks, two of Tyrol’s best ski schools and sport and freeriding areas never fail to attract visitors. In the summer, it’s our hiking and mountain biking paradise, with a fleet of 90 e-bikes, discovery and adventure trails and an interactive natural experience that prove popular.
Join us in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis in the summer and receive the Super.Summer.Card. free of charge, allowing you to access a great deal of inclusive services. Free use of the cable cars, village underground system, hiking bus, guided tours and use of all themed trails, such as the Adventure Mountains and much more are all included!
Ladis is 1,200m above sea level and only has about 550 inhabitants, which makes it quite an idyllic spot.
The tiny mountain village has played a large role in sustainable Alpine tourism throughout history, and Ladis is still well known for its original charm today, as is the local Sauerbrunn spring that provides delicious mineral water. From the Romans, aristocrats and emperors, to whole families of enthusiastic skiers and winter lovers – Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis looks back on a long history of hospitality and we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality service and facilities. But you won’t just find it in the comfortable bed and breakfasts or elegant five-star hotels, it runs through our modern infrastructure right up to the summits of our three-thousand-metre-high mountains and beyond for an unforgettable experience in our stunning countryside.
