Local, fresh and tasty…
The chefs at our Alpine Resort Goies in Tyrol make good use of the best products from our region. We draw on our local manufacturers and farmers when procuring our food, e.g.: our beef, lamb, veal and game. Our dairy products, such as yoghurt, cream cheese and a variety of cheeses also come from the immediate vicinity.
This doesn’t just support the local economy… the shorter distances mean that we’re doing our bit for the environment as well.
Local freshness is guaranteed with our vegetables and salad items, which we procure from Tyrolean farms, and local jams, marmalades and honey add a sweet kick to your breakfast. Schnapps and other liqueurs from the region round off the selection nicely.
